I have tried to recreate a very retro style photo by enhancing the colours cyan and orange to create contrast in the photo as these are conflicting colours. I have also divided the image into three distinct segments following the grid pattern on my display and have placed the horizon line of the mountains on the upper third of the frame, This keeps the focus on the sky and mountains, this segmentation creates a balanced image with enough negative space in the sky to make the mountain range stand out.

I have used leading lines from the building’s edges and wires guide to guide the viewers eye upward, emphasising the Shards height. By centering the Shard while placing surrounding buildings below I create a contrast of foreground and background. I feel that i couldve made this image better by when taking adjusting the settings intsead of it being on auto so that i woulve been able to capture the night sky properly instead of my phone brightening the image for me.

In these photos i have used a revolving globe as my subject and have taken three different photos the one on the far left i have gone for a vintage colour film style of photo where i have centered globe in the foreground with some of negative space in the background, the fence in the middleground creates good background seperation.
In the middle photo I increased my cameras shutter speed whilst i had my freind hide behind it and spin it so the planet will have motion blur, in this photo i have placed the sphere in the center of the frame so that there is an even amount of negative space all around.
In the photo on the far righti have used a similar effect to the first photo however this time i have split the frame in two with the ceiling of the building creating lots of negative space, this also makes the globe look smaller and juxtapose the background more.

I have taken a photo of a pole which shows the distance to the capital city’s of other country’s, I have then centered the pole within the frame and have taken the photo from a low viewpoint to highlight the height of the pole, I have also used the railings to separate the foreground from the background, by increasing the noise in this image I have effectively captured a vintage style photo with warm and cool tones.

I have used the geometric design of the room to divide the composition such as the railing splitting the composition in two with the ceiling guiding the viewers eye towards tapestry however I feel that this image need a a larger subject which takes up more space in the frame.
